For more than 5 generations....
Cyril and his sister
_
In 2012,
Cyril and his sister take over the House
and decide to follow Michel Collard and Jackie Collard's steps,
their father and uncle.
As a sommelier by trade, Cyril naturally wishes to produce the House's Champagnes and Wines. He completed his training at the School of Avize. Passionate, he works his wines from the vineyard to the bottle.
Cyril wants to offer a responsible and sustainable product.
Then begins, even before the takeover by Cyril and his sister, the work of converting
in organic and biodynamic agriculture.
Since 2009, we stopped using pesticides and herbicides
In 2016, our first harvest certified organic and biodynamic.

Michel and Jackie
_
In 1982,
Michel and Jackie decide to produce their own Champagnes
by becoming harvester-manipulator.
"Récoltant Manipulant"
Historically, Gaston Collard, their father worked his plots
and sold the harvest to traders. After the very early death
of Gaston, Lucie, his wife, succeeded in continuing to work in this way.
But Michel and Jackie wanted to go further with the launch of the
Champagne GASTON COLLARD,
in order to honor their father and husband.
